OUR STORY

THIS IS US

Art History Walls was created as a space to engage with art beyond the surface. What began as a personal pursuit of collecting and studying exhibition posters has grown into a platform where images are not only shared, but revisited. Each piece carries a context, a moment in time, and an invitation to look a little longer.

Rather than presenting art as something fixed, Art History Walls approaches it as something that evolves with the viewer. The same image can reveal something new depending on when and how it is encountered. Through curated selections and accompanying insights, the goal is to encourage a slower, more attentive way of seeing—one that allows meaning to unfold over time.

This is not only a collection, but an ongoing exploration. Visitors are invited to return, to question, and to interpret freely. Whether discovering a work for the first time or encountering it again, Art History Walls remains a place where art continues to live, shift, and resonate.

WHO IS BEHIND IT?

Art History Walls is led by Roman Gerardo Fernandez, an art advisor and consultant with over two decades of experience working within the international art world. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leading galleries and participated in major art fairs such as Art Miami, SCOPE Art Show, Art Palm Beach, Art Boca Raton, and Art Wynwood. His work has involved developing and advising private collections for a diverse range of collectors, including elite athletes from the NFL, NBA team owners, and internationally recognized artists, including Grammy Award winners. Through this experience, he brings a refined eye and a deep understanding of both the cultural and aesthetic value of art—shaping Art History Walls as a space where history, curation, and personal connection come together.
